1. Who is responsible for your data

The controller of personal data collected on napiteldiamond.com is the publisher of this website. Registration details of the publisher are made available on request to persons with a legal interest and to authorised public bodies. For any privacy question, write to [email protected].

2. What we collect and why

Inquiry form. When you send an inquiry, we receive your name, e-mail address and, if you choose to give them, your phone number, country, salon name, the product you are interested in and your message. We use this data only to answer your inquiry and, if you wish, to prepare an offer. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering messages (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).

Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, approximate country, device type, traffic source). Google Analytics uses cookies. The data is aggregated and we do not use it to identify you. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in improving the site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). You can block analytics cookies in your browser settings or with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.

Server logs. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes technical data such as IP address and browser type to deliver the site securely.

3. Who receives the data

Your inquiry is delivered to our mailbox through an e-mail delivery service. Service providers that process data on our behalf: Cloudflare (hosting), Resend (e-mail delivery), Google (mailbox and analytics). Some of them may process data outside the European Economic Area on the basis of the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. We do not sell your data.

4. How long we keep it

Inquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and for up to 3 years afterwards for possible claims, unless you ask us to delete them earlier. Analytics data is kept for 14 months.

5. Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority in your country. To use your rights, write to [email protected].

6. Cookies

The site itself does not set its own cookies. Cookies are set only by Google Analytics as described above.
